A light roast is recommended. Drop between 2 – 3.5 min after the start of 1C, to highlight the delicate sweet fruitiness.
This is a classic washed Ethiopian. We cupped many over the last few years and found this absolute gem. It positively shines with a light City roast.
It is bright, sweet, and tea-like with a gentle acidity and delicate fruitiness. The mouthfeel is light and clean and flavors remain well-balanced throughout the cup.
This coffee is a superb espresso: lively lemon/citrus notes, sweet, bright and a clean finish
